The House Natural Resources Committee, Subcommittee on Water and Power, led by Rep. Grace F. Napolitano (D-CA), will meet in an open markup session of the following bills: H.R. 31 (Issa): To amend the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District Wildomar Service Area Recycled Water Distribution Facilities and Alberhill Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Facility Projects. (Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District Wastewater and Recycled Water Facilities Act of 2007) H.R. 716 (Woolsey): To amend the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the Santa Rosa Urban Water Reuse Plan. (Santa Rosa Urban Water Reuse Plan Act) H.R. 1462 (Udall): To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the implementation of the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program for Endangered Species in the Central and Lower Platte River Basin and to modify the Pathfinder Dam and Reservoir. (Platte River Recovery Implementation Program and Pathfinder Modification Authorization Act) H.R. 1503 (Grijalva): To amend the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the Avra/Black Wash Reclamation and Riparian Restoration Project. (Avra/Black Wash Reclamation and Riparian Restoration Project) H.R. 1526 (Miller): To amend the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Bay Area Regional Water Recycling Program, and for other purposes. (Bay Area Regional Water Recycling Program Authorization Act of 2007) H.R. 1725 (Bono): To amend the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the Rancho California Water District Southern Riverside County Recycled/Non-Potable Distribution Facilities and Demineralization/Desalination Recycled Water Treatment and Reclamation Facility Project. (Rancho California Water District Recycled Water Reclamation Facility Act of 2007)
Action: The Subcommittee on Water and Power met in open markup session on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, and considered the following bills: H.R. 31 (Issa) To amend the Reclamation and Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District Wildomar Service Area Recycled Water Distribution Facilities and Alberhill Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Facility Projects, the “Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District Wastewater and Recycled Water Facilities Act of 2007.”
