Trump is nominating Chris Wright, an oil and gas executive, to be our country’s Energy Secretary. Meanwhile, fires rage across Los Angeles taking lives, homes, and livelihoods. Nearly 200,000 people have been forced to evacuate, and the entirely uncontained Palisades Fire is the most destructive in LA history.
