The Subcommittee on Environment will hold a legislative hearing on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (ET) in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building. The hearing is entitled, “From Gridlock to Growth: Permitting Reform Under the Clean Air Act.” The hearing will focus potential reforms to permitting and environmental reviews under the Clean Air Act.
